To evaluate your invention, we'll need to know enough information about it. Everything you tell, show or send to us will be held in the strictest of confidence as described in our confidentiality agreement. Whether you continue with us or not, we will be obliged to follow our confidentiality agreement.

If we think your invention has potential we'll offer our services to you with a written quotation and details of our service and price options.

If we don't think your invention is suitable for us, we'll also tell you in writing and advise you on what else you can do. Don't be offended by this and please keep trying, it may be that your invention is just too risky for us and perhaps another avenue would be better for you.

All this is free of charge and without any obligation on your part.

In any case, the services we'll offer or you'll need from us will depend on the stage and nature of your invention and your current requirements.

Please remember that our Initial Concept Evaluation is not a guarantee that the invention will succeed commercially, can be patented or is a new idea.

Remember that your invention must not be made public until its been patented in the UK.
