As soon as the manufacturing drawings are complete then the next stage is to develop a working prototype of the product. This is the first time that you will actually see the product come to life.

The manufacture of prototypes will allow for commercial and market evaluation, various types of approval and pre-manufacture quality testing and also final design evaluation.

The whole aim of manufacturing prototypes is to ensure that the product will operate as expected before any investment is made on the final production tooling.

We have access to a whole range of prototype and model shops, and electronic development houses where all the components of an idea can be made in the initial stages. Only after the prototype is approved then the product can be moved on to the final sub assembly manufacturers.
